RSS PODCAST HEALING BY ATTENDING TO THE WORD OF GOD In the Proverbs we are instructed as follows:
To attend means: to be present, to focus, to think about. This passage shows us HOW to attend to the Words of God: His PROMISES of healing.
There are so many promises in the word of God that pertain to divine healing and health. We have covered many of them in previous podcasts. By the way, you can scroll down in the Archives and listen to (or, read the Show Notes of) all previous podcasts. However, if you are in need of healing NOW, it is very helpful – and in some cases, extremely important – to attend to these promises by:
Listen to the promises. If you do not have access to some means of hearing via a recorded message, then just speak the promises aloud to your self. I do this every day. I have been on Planet Earth a long time. I was just to my doctor for my annual physical last week and at the end – and, after looking over laboratory tests – he said, “Come back in a year.” It is good to feel healthy. And, health is not only a gift from God, but a promise from God. Look at the promises. Read them and look closely at them. Focus on them by meditating upon them: through your eyes AND in your mind. This way you will be able to SEE them at any time on the screen of your mind (if not verbatim, at least the content of the promises). They are your life blood – literally – when you need healing. That is WHY God has given them to you. Receive the promises. Think about the gift which God is offering you. A gift has to be received. Realize that God loves you so much that He has provided healing for you through His Son: Yeshua ha Meshiach (Jesus the Messiah). Healing – and, divine health – are yours through the provision of Messiah by His atonement on the cross stake (“And with his stripes we are healed.”), and the promises of God in His Word. Life and health are yours according to the promise of God in Proverbs 4:20-22. If you have read my teachings on healing and health you know that I am NOT against doctors or seeking medical help. However, make sure God wants you to go to the doctor or to seek medical help. Pray first, and ask God what he wants you to do. He may want to heal you instantly (or, over a period of time) without medical help. Study my 32 page book, “How to be Healed,” at: www.realmiracles.com/health_mbhe.htm. The question is: “Whose word will you take?” The word of a doctor, a friend, or the Word of God. God does NOT lie, and He promises healing and health to you if you fulfill the conditions. short, G-d’s Word heals! Proverbs 4:20-22 tells us: “My son, attend to my words. Turn your ear to my sayings. Today, I’m going to read you several verses
form G-d’s word so that you can be healed. You will hear my voice, but realize it is G-d

to you as much as spiritual healing. In this show, you will learn HOW to obtain it from the Word of God. Examples AND promises from God for your healing! HOW TO BE HEALED BY THE WORD OF GOD Physical and mental healing belong
to you as much as spiritual healing.
Yeshua fulfilled what Isaiah the prophet said 750 years before:
He bore our sicknesses and diseases.
He carried away our pains.
With his stripes WE ARE HEALED. Yeshua’s body and
mind took punishment for us … his blood paid for our sins. His
body was beaten, wounded, and bruised (even before he was crucified ) and then
he was nailed to the wooden cross … FOR OUR HEALING: spiritual,
physical, and mental! Oppression - both
mental and physical - are included in Yeshua’s work for us. Messiah was
driven; he was abased and looked down upon. Isaiah 53:7 says, "He was
oppressed and he was afflicted …" In Isaiah 53:4, where it reads, "
… he carried our ‘pains’ …", the literal Hebrew meaning is "acute
pain; intense suffering: MENTAL or PHYSICAL." What Yesua did FOR you,
you don’t have to do! Yeshua healed the
separation between G-d and man through his work FOR US, and therefore ended
Satan’s dominion over ALL who would trust in Messiah! "For this purpose
the Son of G-d was manifested, that he might DESTROY the works of the
devil." (1 John 3:8) Yeshua "carried"
sickness, sin, disease, poverty, and oppression - the works of the devil
(Satan) - FOR YOU. Now you don’t have to carry them any longer. They do NOT belong
to the believer in Messiah Yeshua! WHAT YESHUA DID
FOR YOU … YOU DON’T HAVE TO DO! Now that you
know that physical and mental healing belong to the believer in Christ - as
much as spiritual healing - you need to know how to obtain it: HOW TO BE HEALED!
There are several ways, or avenues, to obtain AND to minister Messiah’s healing
power. They are listed below:

I’m going to teach you how to be healed through the Word of G-d.
The Holy Bible
says, "He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions."
(Psalm 107:20.) G-d’s Word heals: G-d’s nature is healing, and he has given
LIFE to his Word. You can be healed by knowing what God promises in his Word
concerning healing. Find the promises G-d has made you in the Holy Bible for healing
and for health, and then appropriate one or more of these promises for
yourself. Speak the
promises of G-d to yourself (or to others). Your faith will rise as you do.
"So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of G-d."
(Romans 10:17) As you confess (or speak aloud) the promises of G-d, your healing
will come. Don’t worry if you don’t see it as soon as you think you should … it
has to happen! Yeshua taught
that what you speak will come to pass if you believe it in your heart (Mark
11:23). Don’t talk sickness, or doubt, or unbelief anymore … start talking
healing, faith, and belief … based upon what your Father G-d has promised you!
Hearing and meditating upon the Word of G-d produce healing, also. I have known
people to be healed of conditions they have had for years by HEARING G-d’s Word
while I was preaching (both in worship services indoors and preaching
outdoors). "And they
went forth, and preached everywhere, the Lord working with them, and confirming
the word with signs following." (Mark 16:20) Meditating
(thinking deeply or fixing attention) upon G-d’s Word brings life and health,
also. Proverbs 4:20-22 tells us: "My son,
attend to my words; incline [or, direct] your ear unto my sayings. Let them not
depart from your eyes; keep them in the middle of your heart. For they are LIFE
unto those that find them, and HEALTH to all their flesh." Podcast time: 4
